Non-Restricted Firearms Safety Course

Commissionaires building, 870 Portage Ave. Winnipeg

Course duration: The course is 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Testing happens after 4:00 pm. You’ll be finished with your test between 4:50 pm and 6:10 pm.

Time: I’ll unlock the door at 7:30 am. The course begins at 7:55 am sharp. Nobody will be allowed into the course after 7:55 am. Give yourself plenty of driving time and be at least 15 minutes early.

Parking: Park in the rear of the building. Please do not park in slots along side of building. All parking slots on lot are available. Ignore the Reserved signs.

Photo ID: Please bring a valid photo ID, like a Driver’s License or Passport.

Notes: Bring a pen/paper, or laptop/tablet to take notes.

Eyeglasses: Bring glasses if you wear them. We’ll read the fine print on firearms and view a projector screen.

Class language: My course is delivered in English only and is intended for those fluent in English.

This ticket is strictly non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or changes will be made for any reason after you purchase this ticket. If you show up late or miss the course you forfeit your spot and no refunds will be given. However, if you can’t make it to the course you can gladly send a friend in your place.
