Gord Penner is an RCMP-Designated Firearms Safety Instructor who has been teaching since 2018. Over the years, he’s helped hundreds of Winnipeggers learn the safe handling, use, and storage of firearms—guiding them toward their PAL and RPAL certification with confidence.
